Anti Acne Skin Care 2017

Oh no! Nandiyan na si crush, kumusta naman ang FACE mo?

Hello, gladiators!

Here's a new post for those who are suffering from acne probs. The products I used are cheap but really effective. To be honest, I really don't care about the brand as long as it does its job, I'm good. Just a heads up, I will not just talk about the products I used but also my eating habits and hygienic routine.

When I was in High School, I always popped my pimples because it annoyed me a lot. Seeing the pus from the acne go out was very satisfying for me. That is why up until now I have acne scars and large pores. But what did I do to lighten those scars and minimize those pores?

Here are the products I used:

Disclaimer: I am not an expert in skin care per se but those products are what I think worked for me to have a better-looking skin. If you have irritations using a certain product mentioned above, stop using that product.

If the products mentioned above did not work for you, don't lose hope yet.

Have you ever thought of "that whatever you eat will reflect on your skin?" Well, I was not a healthy eater before until I noticed that my skin got acnes and became dry in certain areas. I started to search for different ways on how to resolve this issue and it all comes down to having a healthy diet. Drinking a lot of water is at the top of the list (8 glasses). Veggies and Fruits, preferably those that have a high moisture content like cucumber, watermelon, leafy veggies. Tho, I still eat junk foods from time to time, but I do ensure that I balance it. "Mas masarap yung bawal eh."

May it be caused by menstruation, puberty, or genetics, one must maintain a good standard of hygiene to prevent acne breakouts, dryness, and oiliness of your skin. Even though I had a long day at school and my make up is still on my face, as much as possible, I wash my face twice a day, morning and evening.  Alam, ko nakakatamad talaga minsan pero isipin mo na lang na nakakairita mag katigyawat.

Sometimes, I tend to experiment. Trying a lot of beauty products that work for me gives me relaxation. I suggest that you also use sheet masks once a week to keep your skin moisturized and feeling refreshed. I also tried homemade masks like honey and lemon mask.

This is how my skin looked like when I was in High School:

Left cheek

Forehead and Cheeks

And I am proud to say that this is how my skin looks like now (no edits):

As you can see from my recent photos, I am more confident than before. You can also achieve this clearer skin if you tried those products. Hit me up when you do!

That is all for this post. If you want a more detailed review on those products, just comment down below.
